The main idea behind our redesign for Technogym was to spreads the "wellness" philosophy to everyone, and not just focus solely on the products. We quickly prototyped a platform mixing articles, products and services to create a global experience going through the entire purchasing process. By building a strong relationship with end users, we helped Technogym to be part of their daily lives.

We worked around a complex structure to provide an optimal experience for each type of user/business and fulfill their needs, guiding them through a process that helps them choose a product and/or a service.

The challenge was to move the brand from being a high-tech utility to a lifestyle partner.

We created a structure tailoring the experience to the user/business needs. We created a simple browsing system, so the user/business can target the right information quickly.

We also rethougth the product browsing and purchase process from the ground up, to make it easy for the user to choose from a large panel of products and features.

Technogym.com was an opportunity to reshape a digital brand message. We helped the brand to go beyond a simple product company and promote a "wellness" philosophy partnering on a day-to-day basis with the user. Consolidating their digital ecosystem allowed us to go further in the experience personalisation, by bringing up closely a product and the services around it.
